Welcome to Jula's Herb UGC Platform, operated by Jula's Herb (Thailand) Company Limited. By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. User Qualifications

Users must have a valid TikTok account and be the actual owner of the account to connect and submit review content. You must provide truthful and current information.

3. Content Creation (User Generated Content)

• You agree that video content, images, and text submitted to the system constitute joint copyright between you and the company.
• The company has the right to use approved content in advertising and public relations across various brand channels.
• Submitted content must not infringe on others' copyrights, be false information, or violate computer-related laws.

4. Rules and Rewards

Coin and Cash accumulation follows the rules set by the company. The company reserves the right to change rules, exchange rates, or rewards without prior notice. The team's decision is final.

5. Account Suspension

The company reserves the right to suspend user accounts immediately if fraud, artificial view inflation, or actions violating the terms of use are detected.

6. Payment and Withdrawal

Payments are processed via bank transfer. Minimum withdrawal amount is 500 THB. Processing time is 3-5 business days. The company is not responsible for bank processing delays.

7. Limitation of Liability

The company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid to you in the last 30 days.
